This workshop, part of the 'Communicating for Impact: Storytelling Skills for Authentic Leadership' training, was designed to enhance the storytelling abilities of civil servants, emphasising the power of narrative in authentic leadership. The training was hosted by UMK Graduate School of Business along with the Malaysian Public Services Department (JPA), the session targeted a diverse group of civil servants keen on mastering the art of impactful communication. 🗣️✨
