Developing Malaysia’s Civil Service Leaders
From 22 to 26 June 2025, the Asian Strategy & Leadership Institute (ASLI), in collaboration with Sunway Business School (SBS), proudly co-delivered the LEADERISE Leadership Development Programme — themed “Driving Creativity and Innovation for Excellence in the Malaysian Public Service.”
Held at Sunway Iskandar Puteri, the programme challenged Malaysian civil servants to think boldly and lead innovatively, with sessions covering topics such as sustainable energy transition, artificial intelligence regulation, and future-ready governance.
Through immersive discussions, expert dialogues, site visits, and cross-sector insights, the programme showcased the strength of the Sunway ecosystem in nurturing a new generation of innovative public service leaders.
