Pinky Lilani CBE DL is an internationally acclaimed advocate for women, leadership, and social impact. She is the Founder and Chair of the Women of the Future Programme, a pioneering initiative supporting and celebrating female leadership across the UK and Southeast Asia. For over 25 years, her work has helped shape inclusive ecosystems through awards, mentorship networks, and high-impact summits.

A food expert, author, and motivational speaker, Pinky began her career in the UK by blending culinary storytelling with leadership development. Her books, Spice Magic and Coriander Makes the Difference, explore food’s role in shaping culture and identity.

She serves on numerous boards including the Global Diversity Practice and the Character Project at the University of Oxford. Her honours include the OBE (2007) and the CBE (2015) for services to charity and women in business. Pinky is a Deputy Lieutenant for Greater London and a Patron of multiple educational and charitable organisations.
