Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2012 - Future Energy, Smarter Mobility
|Date||:||06 JULY 2012|
|Venue||:||Sepang International Circuit, Selangor|
The Shell Eco-marathon challenges student teams from around the world to design, build and test ultra energy-efficient vehicles. Held annually in the Americas, Europe and Asia, the winners are the teams that go the furthest using the least amount of energy. The events provide a platform for energy-concerned citizens to debate about the future of energy while inspiring young engineers to push the boundaries of energy efficiency.
Shell cordially invites you to the flag-off of Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2012 at the Sepang International Circuit, where 136 teams from 18 countries and territories across Asia have registered to participate.
Alongside the track event, Shell and the Asian Strategic & Leadership Institute (ASLI) will host the FUTURE ENERGY, SMARTER MOBILITY Forum. We invite you to join our panelists in the discussions on smarter mobility, sustainable transportation and city planning in Asia.
On behalf of the organizers of the Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2012, I look forward to your participation, and to welcoming you at the Sepang International Circuit.
