1. MANAGER, STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT‚Äč

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business
  • Experience in raising corporate sponsorships and seeking partnership opportunities
  • Possess good business acumen
  • Proven ability to generate substantial sponsorship sales
  • Ability to interact at high levels and possess good networking skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Computer literate
  • Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience
 
2. MANAGER, BUSINESS SECRETARIAT
 
  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
  • Experience in board minutes and report management is essential
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Must have strong people skills
  • Computer literate
  • Preferably with secretarial experience
     

3. DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE & BUSINESS ADVISORY CENTRE (ITBAC)

    This position will be responsible for promoting international trade and business investment activities through the attraction of new investments locally and
    regionally, and providing trade support services to facilitate market entry and growth strategy.

    This role requires a comprehensive understanding of trade activities and processes in order to plan and execute respective market development activities.

  • To support the ASLI ITBAC business strategies and overall KPIs.
  • To manage targeted key businesses to enter or currently operating within key markets throughout ASEAN by identifying new growth opportunities, managing trade and business programs, and providing bespoke services.  Responsible for delivering high quality projects in the trade and regional integration sphere, with particular emphasis on Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
  • To establish and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders and government officials across the region with a mandate to assist investors overcome challenges in gaining market entry – this includes maintaining and strengthening market position by developing strategic relations in these countries.
  • To plan, coordinate and execute trade missions, ministerial visits and allied relationships with key partners, including the preparation of visit programs, and accompanying business delegations in country.
  • To guide and support companies to pursue trade and investment through market intelligence, development of business leads, provision of advice and introductions, vetting of partners, participation in trade shows, business matching, and by supporting investors to enter markets in these countries.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the CEO.

 

4. MANAGER OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE & BUSINESS ADVISORY CENTRE (ITBAC)
