Understanding Strategic Writing: Communicating with Clarity and Impact
ASLI was honoured to conduct a Strategic Writing Workshop in collaboration with Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations (IDFR) for Administrative and Diplomatic Officer (PTD) under the Diploma in Diplomacy (DiD) programme.
Led by ASLI CEO Danial Rahman, the workshop explored key pillars of effective strategic writing—The Architecture of Strategic Writing, Strategic Communication: Chunking Up & Down, and The Power of the Right Question. Through these sessions, participants were equipped with practical frameworks to think critically, structure ideas with intent, and communicate with greater precision in high-stakes policy environments.
Designed for officers preparing for diplomatic roles, the workshop emphasised the importance of clarity, purpose, and strategic thinking in shaping impactful narratives within government and international contexts.
